The room was not up to standard. I had reserved a grand premium room, though i got something smaller. i found the communication lacking. I asked for extra towels which never arrived. the breakfast buffet, though extensive, presented cold eggs. I consider this unacceptable.

The location was great. It made getting around quite easy..

i was not thrilled that housekeeping didn't seem to notice the overflowing trash can. i had to call twice to get someone to empty it, not my idea of a five-star experience. perhaps they were short-staffed, but it was still annoying.

The breakfast area was an absolute mess. It felt more like a chaotic school cafeteria than a place to relax. tables were left uncleared, and i struggled to find a clean spot to sit down. staff seemed overwhelmed and slow to address the mess. also, the advertised coffee machine in the room was missing, a real letdown for early mornings. this was quite a disappointment given what i paid.

the location was unbeatable, steps from major attractions. i was pleased with the attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay. the recently renovated rooms offered modern amenities and a comfortable atmosphere (i liked the bedding).

i found the elevator access a bit slow during peak hours.
